By Grab / E-Hailing

Set your drop-off location to Jalan Austin Heights 7/7. From JB Sentral / CIQ or Mid Valley Southkey, it typically takes 20–30 minutes depending on traffic.

Coming from Singapore

Take the train (KTM Shuttle Tebrau) or public bus across Woodlands Causeway to JB Sentral. From JB Sentral, a direct Grab ride to Austin Heights costs roughly RM 15–25 (SGD 5–8). Austin Heights has dozens of cafes and eateries within walking distance.

Parking & Driving

Council street parking is available along Jalan Austin Heights 7/7 and surrounding lanes. On busy weekend afternoons, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to find a spot with ease.

Helpful visitor tips

When should I arrive?: Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your booked session time. This gives you time to settle in, put on your apron, and browse the sample rings.
What if I'm running late?: Because our sessions run on a structured 2-hour schedule, late arrivals cannot run past the scheduled session end time. If you know you are delayed, send us a WhatsApp message as early as possible.
Do you accept walk-ins?: We keep the number of booking groups in each session limited, so every guest gets proper guidance. We recommend booking online in advance; same-day bookings are accepted if a slot is visible on our booking calendar.
What should I bring or wear?: Everything you need is provided in the studio. All materials, silversmithing tools, aprons, and packaging are provided. We recommend comfortable clothing and tying back long hair.
